9802: Display of the National Motto
In accordance with state law, the District is prepared to receive donations of a durable poster or framed copy of the national motto, “In God We Trust,” and will display it in a conspicuous place if the following conditions are met:
- The poster or framed copy includes a representation of the United States flag, the flag of the State of Idaho, or both.
- The background, lettering, and framing on the poster or framed copy include the colors black, white, gold, or silver.
- The poster or framed copy does not contain any other lettering, verbiage, images, logos, or likeness.
- The size was approved by the Superintendent or their designee.
- It was donated to the District.
The Superintendent or designee may reject a donation if the above conditions are not met, and will notify the donor of any unmet conditions where applicable.
