#1) Get a sports physical before you play. Only one needed from 6-8th grade. Click here to download a physical form to take to your doctor. 

#2) Go to dragonflymax.com and register to play. This must be done once every year. Remember to e-sign all forms! Can’t figure out what to do? Here is a link with instructions in English and Spanish.

#3) Pay $65 cash or check at the GMS office. This is a one-time fee each year regardless of how many sports you play. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, you may qualify to have your fees paid. Click here and download the form. Fill out the form and return to the Athletic Director at GMS.
